So called international conferences are cheating young students and graduates, the persons (staff/faculty) behind them are misleading them to participate in the conferences either online/offline mode.

The so-called conferences are claiming the presented conference paper will be published in a journal that is indexed by Scopus. So students/graduates beware about this scam, the mentioned journals are discontinued from Scopus database.
